Your details deserve care.

This page explains the data we use to provide the invitation service, how we protect it and when we delete it. The Arabic version prevails if the two differ.

Who we are

Talveya is a digital invitation platform run from Amman, Jordan. For anything about your data: WhatsApp +962 77 817 2021.

What data do we use?

Your account details (email), the details of your occasion, your guests’ names, replies and notes, and the orders and transfer references you provide. Drafts not saved to your account stay in your browser only.

To measure visits we record anonymous statistics only: the page visited, the source (such as Instagram or Google), the device type, and a random token stored by your browser. We do not record IP addresses or link these statistics to your account, and we delete them after 13 months at most.

Why do we use it?

To save invitations and show them to your guests, manage replies, review transfers and handle support requests. We do not sell your data and never use your guests’ names for marketing. Payment never requires your wallet password or verification code.

Who sees the invitation?

Anyone holding a guest link can open the invitation and send the reply for that link. Share links only with the intended guests; you can disable any link at any time. The host sees the replies, and authorised payment reviewers see only the transfer details needed to review them.

Retention and deletion

We keep the invitation, its guests and their replies for up to 6 months after the event date, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your account and all your invitations sooner; we do so within 14 days. We keep the order and payment record (amount, reference and date) for as long as accounting and refunds require.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and accounts and data are stored with Supabase (servers in Frankfurt, Germany). Fonts may load from Google Fonts. Tapping WhatsApp takes you to an external service under its own policy. The “Designed with Talveya” link does not send guest names or invitation details.
