Who we are

Using invitations
Enter accurate information and use only content you have the right to use. Check the names, date and venue before sharing. The service may not be used for offensive, unlawful or spam content, and we may disable any invitation that breaks these rules.
Account and links
Keep your sign-in details safe. Guest links are meant for the people you share them with; anyone holding a link can open it and reply. Links expire after the event and you can disable them at any time.
Plans and payment
Prices are shown in Jordanian dinars and paid once per occasion. Extended-collection designs come with the Hikaya and Tawqee plans. Orange Money payments are reviewed manually; sending a transfer reference does not mean the payment is approved.
Designs and the Talveya signature
Template designs remain the property of Talveya, and you may use them to invite guests to your occasion. Invitations include a “Designed with Talveya” line linking to our website.
Cancellations and refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days for a technical fault or if the invitation was not shared, as set out in the refund policy.

We do our best to keep the service running without interruption, but delivery also depends on WhatsApp and on guests’ devices and connections. Our liability never exceeds the price paid for the occasion’s plan.
